Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI booked the uhaul online and it gave me a price of around $100 that was fine. I get there and get told I need to call a 1 800 number cause im flagged I knew my account was current but sat on hold for 45 min till finally someone came on the phone and said oh it was paid in may and took hold off . Now im a hour late to get what I needed to get done. Then the man tells me oh you need another $100 to rent it even though it said online only $100. I called my boss and got the money and asked how long its held he said the total amount due for rental will come out of that and the rest refunded Whatever fine So we return the truck early with gas and no issues. Well guess what you guys charged my card a third time for $110 the cost of the rental. So Im not rich and you guys totally took all my money out of account and i couldnt even buy dinner. So when I call the location the next morning he said oops sorry well it will be refunded with in 5 business days WTF. so it was a friday and im totally broke now until everyone does there job and gives me back my money Now if I was told all this from the start i could have planned it better but I was told incorrect information and left screwed So to be honest you have lost a customer for good and I wont be referring you to anyone ill actually warn people not to trust you and use you I was 100 percent not happy with my service and the guy just said read your contract so unnecessary
