Amazing service! The UHAUL manager at Storage Spot-20086, 507 E Van Buren St, Avondale, AZ-85323 was in great help with his professionalism and knowledge, during my moving to another state! Therefore, I didn't just haul and move my stuff with the equipment of UHAUL, but UHAUL haul me and pull me up to be able to move with it successfully! You could hire capable employees, we were left stranded at our hotel room without a vehicle because one of your goons came and towed it away after we had already called the office and left a message stating that we were going to extend our rental and we weren't even late. In fact I'm so pissed off right now I'm just going to call corporate right now because I have proof that it wasn't even late they came 8 in the morning when it was due on the day and took it and then left us with no vehicle at our hotel room. Its to bad you didnt ask about my whole experience because it was a complete joke. This location was the third location I was sent to and this dealer stuck in the middle of others incompetence . I was really ticked off with my experience and ended up not getting all my blankets and was told well you can just go to the 4th location for those. Really disappointed.Gene N.

Rated Storage Spot 4 star because Damien returned my call promptly and helped me with the return of the trailer. It would have been 5 star but front desk said they were open on Sunday but they were not. Another customer was also there with me at the return site and he told me he was also told they will be open that day-Sunday. I rate Uhaul website for returns as POOR because the site won't let me upload the pics and there is no back up for issues like this. Called the Uhaul phone number and was on hold for a long time giving me messages as if there was a rep to help me but there was none. I spent over an hour figuring things out until I saw Damien's biz card. It was great that Damien posted his biz card on the box. I called him and texted him the pics instead. Damien was nice and helpful on the phone. Thanks Damien!!Joshua A.
At the drop-off location in Avondale my experience with Damian was â€œExcellentâ€. Damian was pleasant and expeditious in completing the turn-in process. I don't think I was there three minutes before the truck was examined and I was on my way home. Damian informed me I would receive an electronic receipt. The 26' Ford F-650 truck was an excellent truck for my needs and it performed very well in the 1300 mile trip. I am very happy with the U-haul equipment and the U-haul personnel I dealt withAlfonso P.

When I picked up the trucks no one walked through the truck with me which is fine. So, I took pictures of what the truck look like and the fuel gauge and then when I returned it they said that I owed them money for not filling the tank up, even though I filled it back to the level it was when I picked it up. Then when I called U-Haul they told me to call the business that I rented the truck from and I could explain my situation to them and I've been doing that for two days and I've called them eight times with zero answerRobert W.

truck was dirty on inside. no clarity on the pre inspection app. the app was sent after I started driving away. app has a 30 minute time limit. confusing I was only allowed to download 1 picture because the previous photos were still there.The truck smelled cigarettes.James J.

I was very frustrated with the on line pick up. I arrived at 7:00 am to pick up the truck but uhaulâ€s on line check in was down so I had to wait for an employee to arrive on site to check in. This was not the fault of the store but your online service. I probably won't use early pick up again.steve C.

The employee did not know how to attach the Trailer, luckily we did. She did not tell us that on our return date they would be closing earlier than the posted time and that we would have to check in online. We rushed to return the trailer by closing time at 2 and only found out we had to return online from another customer that was turning in an item.TOMMY S.

I returned the truck with more fuel than when I picked it up. They still dinged me for a fuel charge of 5 gallons ($25)!! Where in the hell did you purchase the fuel? California? This place is not honest. I returned the truck at 11:00 AM. The recorded 3:28 PM!! My wife has a photograph of the truck turning into the parking lot at 10:57 AM. They said they lost track because they had a very busy day... besides that they rented us an appliance dolly that was garbage. The stair roller belt bearings were siezed and when we returned it, the tech said it was a very bad one that should not have gone out!! These guys are dishonest hacks, unorganized, rent poorly maintained vehicles (the a/c didn't run cool) and rip you off for bogus fuel charges! BEWARE!!Eric S.

the online check in process is confusing. I tried at the rental location but couldnt read the screen, too small. so went home to try and then it says you have to be at the location so that GPS can verify your return. NOT user friendly!JAMES M.

This place is a little different than many U-Haul storage facilities. You can only come in when open 6 days a week but for my vehicle storage needs was perfect. But the best asset was Jessye the manager. Extremely helpful and what a great sense of humor and personality. She is worth the experience all by herself.
