The Tilt 'N' Tote carrier is going make transporting my wheelchair a lot easier. I had to try a couple of different hitch inserts, so I could get the proper height for loading the wheelchair onto the carrier.
The Tilt N Tote model 001 tilts down for loading and tilts up for for storage. It is designed for a standard folding wheelchair. Easy to use and no lifting required!

You are correct. The "15" wide" statement is pertaining to the wheelchair being folded shut.
