  • I hate to make such a bad review on their job since overall moving help experience was not too bad. However, they cracked my 65 inch TV during the move and refused to answer my claim. The TV was well wrapped and would not be damaged if they handled it correctly, but they decided to carry it by one person and most likely dropped from the corner. I tried to communicate with them both through claim center and via email asking if their insurance would cover at least the part of replacement cost, but they decided to ignore my messages. They could have avoided getting this rating by at least try to resolve the situation, but they chose to stop responding after first reply more than 10 days ago, I have to give them the lowest rating. If you plan to request a job with them, you should expect them to treat your stuff without care and not responsible with any damage they cause. Avoid letting them touch anything valuable or fragile.
