JESSIE Nwas told it would arrive at my apt at a certain time and it arrives 3 hours later. I had to reschedule my movers twice because of this. then I notice that it is bolted shut and have to call to have someone come back to open it so I didn’t have to call the movers again. terrible service on the tallahassee side. fort worth, tx (where I moved from) was much better by far
Kelly KVerify hours for storage facility. I loss a day of work because facility was closed on my delivery day. The moving team was EXCELLENT. They were friendly, professional and efficient! I wish I could be compensated for loss time, however, I will still use uhaul in the future.

My issue is the company that packed my belongings in Vero Beach, FL. They didn't use the furniture pads on many pieces resulting in damage to my furniture. The boxes were not packed full, and thereby I didn't need 4 containers, resulting in additional expenses I incurred.

Took 2 hours to find Ubox location then took 4 days over 5 hours with multiple calls too finally secure delivery. The company recommended to deliver the Ubox didn’t deliver until the 3rd day from its original confirmation don’t know why a guarantee is offered if it really not a guarantee..
