Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe FC Simpsons location in Wadhams Michigan is the only location I will ever use ever again. The guys there solved a problem that was not theirs to solve and saved us hundreds of dollars because of a miscommunication. They were so kind and so patient and we consider them like family. John and Kurt were amazing. Thank you so much!
Anthony MGreat people to work with would recommend them to anyone in the future
rick bHad a great experience with the Simpson lime co. They are great to work with and willing to help where ever they can on our move.
rick bEverything arrived and delivered to our new home.. The entire process went great! We had really good communication both by phone and text. Would definitely recommend U-Haul.
Kurt SThe staff was very helpful.
Barbara LKurt is the owner operator at this location. He did a fantastic job delivering the uboxes at the days and times promised. I always enjoyed chatting with him, too. He's an excellent fellow who delivers excellent service!
James MHad way too many furniture pads. Only used about 12. Gave me 144, returned most in unopened bags.
ROBERT KVery happy with price and time frame allowed to have the box.
Vicky LKurt and John were very helpful during the entire shipment process. Even with online computer problems at UHaul, these men did a great job ensuring the shipment was prepared properly. Thank you for helping us move these items from Michigan to Wyoming.
Bill NI’m still unpacking but so far I’ve found several items broken that were packed using U-Haul packing materials. Most of my drinking glasses and a few of my glass Pyrex dishes were broken. All of these items were packed in the U-Haul cardboard boxes. I bought the box especially designed for packing the glasses with the foam wrapping and dividers. This box was also on the top with nothing stacked on it. I’m. Not sure how these could have gotten broken.
