I had multiple issues with the drop-off. They did not drop the containers on the day originally scheduled. They knew my containers were not going to be delivered that day, but they did not tell me. I don't understand why they didnt tell me. The day the containers did arrive, they arrived 6 hours later than they were scheduled/originally quoted to me. I took days off work I didn't need to, hired two crews that I didn't need. Just kind of a joke. Really, really bad at basic coordination and communication. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and really cannot understand how poorly and thoughtlessly this was executed. I've had to move 8 times in the last 20 years and have never seen anything like this.

Cheryl CAll good, but it took longer (in time) to travel the last few miles from the depot to my apartment than crossing the US from Indiana. Faster delivery at destination would have helped.
Arthur BWe were assured that our UHaul Box would be delivered on Sunday, June 1. Instead, we received a call on Saturday, May 31 informing us that the box would be delivered on Monday June 2. I explained to the UHaul representative that it was vital to receive ASAP Monday morning as we have 2350 guests arriving for our event on Indiana University's campus. Then, I received another call that it wouldn't be delivered until noon. I called and talked to Bethany who got it delivered by 10am and we were told a refund would be coming. Thanks, April
