The boxes had been bolted shut. The bolts were stripped. And of course my tools were inside. So not stripping bolts or bolting might have been easier for me.

I was under the impression that the boxes would be delivered on a flatbed truck with a forklift. Instead, they were delivered on single and double trailers. The unload help that I hired had to make two trips to get them unloaded. Other than that, the boxes worked out well. Clayton in Helena and Danny in Joplin were very helpful.

Kelly AMy UHaul box arrived, on approximately 30 minutes notice, with the interior and some of my contents, wet and moldy. There were cracks in the UHaul box that apparently allowed water to come in. An insurance claim is being lodged. You need to provide more pro-active notice as to when the box will be arriving on delivery day. I had to contact UHaul repeatedly to find out when the delivery would occur and each time I was told that I would be called back I wasn't. Your customer service needs work.
