This is a mixed review, Russell at Aces was great to deal with and very helpful, on the other hand making my original reservation of my u boxes was horrible they failed to communicate what the final destination delivery fee was going to be making it sound like that was part of the original shipping fee but no they lied and the final delivery fee was going to be $3100.00 which is absurd considering it cost $4000.00 to move them across the country, what a scam. I would give Russell at Aces 5 stars and I give uhaul as a company ZERO and I would never use them again because they lie and are not honest.

7 days late. Not enough credit yet issued for a "guaranteed" date of the 23rd.
Jonathan EThe pick up of the containers in Philly was 7 days delayed from what I was told and promised. That allowed only 4 days to make a trip in winter from Philly to SW Colorado. An impossible feat and as expected the driver got delayed by 2-3 days due to bad weather. That messed up all the arrangements made for pick up and thankfully, the site in Cortez was very kind and accommodating.

KATHRYN GDe Junior were most excellent as helpers!!! Could not have been better! Professional, on time, courteous, kind, great sense of humor cared for my possessions as if they were their own The Uhaul storage co in Cortez was awful! Straight up terrible- Gent on the phone yelled at me hung up on me and sent an email w: the wrong pu date when the helpers had already pu the boxes and were on their way… That Cortez man was so bad told me he would call back Good thing I didn’t hold my breath called the CO UHaul reg office - she wanted to blame the errors on “Arkansas” also very rude Cortez storage co was on the emails not AR Helpers at both ends were excellent !!!!!!
