They wouldn’t allow me to park my car there so I had to park almost 1/2 a mile away and walk back. They also charged my card which I asked them not to do several times but did anyway. There was also damage on the van that they did not check off and when I notified them I then had to wait 10 minutes until someone came to look at the damage. I don’t mind waiting but when my use of the truck is on a timer I do have an issue with it.

I had originally requested a pick up location nearer to my residence because I do not have a car. Had to Uber to pick up the truck at this location, 10 miles northwest of where I lived. Cost me an extra $30. Not good.

It would have been helpful to know what routes to take because you can't go on the parkways but we figured it out. I'm not sure what u-haul can do to help out with that. Otherwise, the service was great. They got me in and out in no time. Thank you.

Everything was great except I think I was overcharged for gas. I put a gallon in before returning the truck and the gauge was back to original reading I thought but I was charged for 1.5 gallons anyway. Next time I'll be sure to go over gas gauge with clerk before leaving.

This is by far the most uncoordinated location I have ever been to. My order that was placed was never posted to my online account, but rather a completely different order was (stated as cancelled, do not know how it originated). I was never asked if I wanted to receive the insurance protection, which from my history with Uhaul I know is something they ALWAYS ask you. After leaving, we noticed the trailer lights weren't working - I called the store to inform them, and the associates were aware and sent us off like that! I was also scheduled for an after hours return - since there was no history of my order, I could not complete the process and had to email the GM of the location the details (mileage, gas, etc.). Lastly, since the completion of my order, I have been placed for another order (which I never made and had to call to cancel) and placed for maintaining the UBox storage, even though I explicitly stated it would be cleaned out and returned with no further need, now which I am having to call the location once again to deal with. This location needs a serious upgrade to the personel working to ensure customers get the same service they do everywhere else.

Keep the store open later. Also, if a customer was promised a rebate for an inconvenience by U-Haul customer service, it should be required that the customer get the rebate upon payment at the U-Haul location and then let them worry about chasing corporate down for the money instead of the customer. This makes the customer see not only the U-Haul location in a good light but also U-Haul as a whole. If you make things as easy and hassle free as possible for the customer, even if you take a bit of a loss that day, it will pay off tenfold by word of mouth that you are a good company.

The young lady who took care of me was great! Wish I could remember her name, because she truly understands customer service and should not go unnoticed by management. I'd give the overall location 5 stars instead of 4 if they had customer parking. Had to park a couple of blocks away.
