hello all good but I should keep in mind that when we rent a vehicle we must have it in an easy position to remove the vehicle that I was assigned was in the middle of all the trucks and could not get out that I had entered and they changed the truck and I lost 17 minutes

I called and made reservations for a 20 ft truck which was confirmed but when it was time for me to pick up the truck they did not have my truck therefore they assigned me a smaller truck, they also tried to give me a truck with over 400 miles more than what was stated on the contract ( luckily I checked) they switched the truck which was ok until when I returned it the following day I was told that I do not owe anything else apart from a little more gas which I got taken care of by adding more than what I got it with, I got a phone call the next day saying that I need to return the truck even though I already did the day before, they went ahead and charged my credit card for additional miles, when I called about this they told me that the contract I had was in another persons name and that Was the mix up on their part, my mistake was not collecting my reciept after I turn the truck in. Now they charged me almost $200 more for their mix up.

I ordered a mattress cover, a large box, a sofa cover and a arm truck all at the same time, I did not get the box or mattress cover. When I called the Yonkers location they told me I ordered these two things in new Rochelle and had to go there to get it which I'm not sure how that's possible when I did one transaction how could they have only received half of the order!? So in the middle of moving I had to go buy boxes and a mattesss cover because they couldn't even allow me to pick it up from the mount Vernon store which is closer to my house. I would lie my money back for these items, an explanation that makes sense of why this happened moving is a lot of work and to have these kinds issues is ridiculous.

It would be beneficial to let customers know that the 9' Van is not available when dropping off at another state during the reservation selection process. Also it it should be available for service in the tri-state area.

The onky thing that i was not happy about was. The tabk was at 1/4 so i was told it would be 4$ or so a gallon thats missing if i dont fill it up. Thats normal but the fact that they said since it was already at 1/4 tank that if i brought it back with anything less it would be a $33 surcharge. The tank should have been filled to at least half before giving me the truck. Trucks should be full when renting then you return it full. But as a business owner myself i get it. You hope that we over fill it by a few gallons

I've been to other locations that have cleaner equipment. The customer service at this place is average; the sales representatives are too busy checking their phones or talking to each other. The guy that I helped us I believe Joshua or Josh was paying more attention to his notifications than answering my questions. Will go somewhere else next time/

Make sure that they do not pay more than the reservation stated. Also, I am not happy with being sent to a different location than what was on the reservation.

I ordered and payed for furniture pads (1 set), which I did not receive. I arrived 5 minutes late (8:30 AM pickup time), and then waited 20+ minutes to be seen (2 customers ahead of me). Once I finally got to the clerk, it was a hassle to pick up the truck due to the system being down. I couldn't even get a proper printout of the mileage - the clerk tried to help by writing everything on a sheet of paper she had. I changed my order from 2 sets of furniture pads to 1 set and a big handtruck. By the time I was on the road, it was 50 minutes past pickup time. I noticed the missing furniture pads but I had wasted too much valuable time just getting out of there, and figured the hassle of going back in there to get what I payed for was not worth the extra wasted time.
