Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI think it might be difficult for customers to reach the location directly. The number advertised online is not always answered.
Angeline VThere was no office onsite it was a make shift construction trailer and no staff onsite either. The property backed onto a junk yard and I had to call and wait 20 minutes for someone to come onsite after I already reserved and confirmed a uhaul. And dropping it off no one was available onsite and I waited 25 minutes and had to leave
Tristan VNothing needed to be improved for me,booked 10 foot truck and drove it home within 15 minutes after booking, attendant stayed past regular hours to accommodate me
kevin gAgent wasn’t there, but easy enough to drop off trailer & called U-haul to notify I dropped off; agent on call was very friendly & helpful.
