i'm not to crazy about the $20 charge for dropping off equipment during after hours as i had a problem uploading the picture of the tow dolly and wasnt able to complete the process but fortunately the very nice uhaul rep reversed the charge when i went there and explained the situation . i'm a frequent flyer at this location and i'm very pleased with the service i receive there . i would highly recommend this location to anyone needing any of there services

Great location! I would make the "in-arrow" more visible. All I saw was the exit arrow so I ended up going somewhere I shouldn't have trying to avoid the exit arrow.

Check ins for our many recent rentals have been slow due to each time we came it was always a new person. Once checked it, everything else was very smooth.

Customer service was slow, and inefficient. I had pre-registered prior to arriving at 11.45am and finally got the vehicle at 12.30pm. Waited 25 minutes to be seen, and then 20 minutes to be processed?? Staff were pleasant enough but level of training, focus and capabity was limited.

It took almost an hour to receive our trailer. The clerk were extremely slow and we had to provide them all the information again, even though it was already on the online reservation. Would not recommend anyone to use this location unless they have time to spare...

The gas listed was lower than actual. The staff marked and noted this difference during pick up but I still was charged for the lower gas when I returned the rental van. I filled the gas to the point where I pick it up. Now I have to spend my time rectifying this by calling or physically going in. Waste of my time

The final drop off location was great, but I was very upset when it was changed the night before. I wasn’t sure what to do so I went to the original drop off location first and was told they were too full. I would have liked to have received a clear message saying that my drop off location had changed or a phone call. I was driving around NYC not knowing what to do.

I reserved a van online a couple days ahead of time and went to pick up at the counter at my scheduled time. It was a little bit of a wait, but nothing too bad. The fuel and mileage and pricing was explained clearly. I even added a driver right there at the counter with no extra difficulty. Getting the van was easy as well since we just had to walk right outside. It was clean and the mileage and amount of fuel matched what I was told inside. Actually using the van was super simple. It was really nice it had a camera for backing up in the side of the rear view mirror as well as blind spot mirrors on the side mirrors. Getting gas to top back up to what it had been filled to previously was quick and painless and pretty cheap (25 miles was less about $10). Returning the van was quick and easy as well. Just dropped it off in the drop off zone and left the keys in the van. I got an email about two hours or so later with my final bill, which was exactly around what I estimated it to be (they billed me for the correct mileage). Very good experience at this location overall.
