I was lied to over and over again by Uhaul. They left me stranded 2 times. Lied some more so I have retained a lawyer to file a lawsuit against Uhaul

Samantha Otool was very rude and disrespectful. I had a dolly in my car and I pulled up to the drop off and no one was there. I took the dolly inside myself and no one was at the counter. Samantha came in and the first thing she said was who's car is that. I said mine I brought the dolly in. She did do you have your reservation I said yes she's snatched it from me and said I will check it in later. At this point I didn't trust her so I parked my car and went back in for my receipt. I told her I would like my receipt she rolled her eyes. She was also rude to her coworker ( older tall gentleman, white beard ) he was checking in trucks and she said give me the keys and he kindly said he needed to check them in. She rolled her eyes and huffed. Once Samantha gave me my receipt I informed her she was quite rude just a tad bit and she said "What ever it doesn't matter, yeah yeah whatever". First impression goes along way and customer service is big when you are dealing with people on an every day. I'm hoping a corrective action is placed in her employee file so she understands her behave has consequences. I may not use this location again. Thank you Crystal Lloyd 4059241261

Issue with the electrical and my back trunk opening on my SUV and instead of the manager calling or seeing if something could be done. I was told to just call corporate to see what they could do.

Being this location is downtown an designated after-hours drop off spot near the key drop box in the lighted area would be great. Over all everything was great.

I want you to know I was much happier with your service the second time I used it...which was a couple of weeks ago. What made the difference? The gentleman who worked with me the second at your facility was more information, sharing details about what specific numbers meant on the contract. He gave me a number to use in the event something happened to the vehicle. In short, he seemed to care a little bit more about me than the person who worked with me the first time. Thanks.

Very easy pick up and drop off of truck. Additional items I requested were loaded on truck prior to my arrival. Friendly, courteous, and professional staff.

After renting the truck 30 minutes later I noticed the tire was low on drivers side back. So I returned the truck and they had to put air in both back tires and one of them had a whole in it, they wouldn't exchange the truck so I had to wait almost 2 hours for a company to change the tire.

The driver side door lock was broken. Which was a very inconvenient I had the truck loaded before I noticed it . I feel it should be part of your check list before allowing a truck to leave. Customer service representative Alexander Edwards was very rude and implied that I was a lair . I asked her to post my concern she did not because I asked for the reference number. I also asked for her name before she transfer me to someone else I have requested a copy of our conversation to issue a formal complaint against her customer service. I work with the public and a lot and I feel that I can't give UHAUL a good review. I rented in the past twice one in March and one last month I was please but this experience leave me not wanting to inquire service from you again. I even rented a pick up truck there too so I give business to UHAUL first. 2005 I use you to move also 2010 .
