Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTrucks are kept in a parking lot behind an oil change place. We had trouble finding the spot because the trucks are off the street where you can barely see them. Once we found the place, everything went fine.
Ken FThis individual that works here has the worst attitude and has zero customer service. Does not want to fix his mistakes but wants you to fix them for him. You would be better off paying the mileage to take it to a different U-Haul facility will save you a ton of time and money got my money back after being on phone with go U-Haul but spent about 2 hours because the individual in Winnsboro doesn’t either understand what customer service is or doesn’t know his job.
Larry WVery helpful and welcoming staff. You can tell they put customer service as a high premium.
