There was no help here. No one to guide or help in bringing my car off the toy hauler so I had to do it single handed ( with the help of YouTube), stopping frequently at different positions to ensure my tires were tracking correctly. As a result of lack of any form of assistance there was damage to my car. I do not know how to uncouple a toy hauler (thus the within hours return) and neither did they. After managing to position the toy hauler in a safe place using a 20 foot uhaul truck I was told that I could not leave it there. Then a gentleman told me I would have to return the toy hauler to a different location as they were tight on space. At this time I had been there for over 2 hours taking down my car and trying to pack the hauler. Luckily for me a couple who owned an RV were able to park and uncouple the toy hauler from the truck for me at this point I had been at the location for over 2 hours with no assistance from uhaul. It was a harrowing physical, mental and emotional experience, especially as I had just got in from a 12 hour drive from Flin Flon, Manitoba and the damage to my car. I was thoroughly disappointed and would never recommend the renting of a toy hauler. I would recommend training dealers on how to couple and uncouple toy haulers and other towing equipment for individuals who don’t know how or are physically unable to like myself

IRNIE DUHaul had some issue with the fuel gauge . Owner at this location also have gas pump i only drove 7 miles but i filled gas twice for total amount of 21 dollar and gauge still did not go up , previous times when i rented uhaul for short distance never had to pay more then 5 dollars in gas please fix your trucks or soon you will lose customers . Thank you

I haven’t rented from U-Haul in a while, and I’m impressed with the technological advances you incorporated into the system. Equipping the vehicles with cruise control would be very convenient and assistive, and allowing us to maintain the speed limit as well as pure as well as fuel efficiency.
john eThe truck cargo area was not clean when we picked up the rental - there were leaves and dirty that needed to be swept out before we could load the truck. I was charged for 6 litres of fuel despite returning the truvk with the fuel gauge at exactly the same mark as when we picked it up. I have photos showing the odometer and fuel guage at pickup and dropoff.
