Van was very dirty from outside and It’s a safety issue because the windshield wasn’t clean, neither the side glasses and mirrors. Car was out of windshield washer fluid and was showing low tire pressure sign in front and rear tires. They need to do some proper maintenance. We as customers do not have free money for companies like you and get provided poor service in return.

Maybe having one extra truck which can be rented out when the previous customer is late so that the customer who reserved the truck for a certain time does not need to wait and and complain?!

My truck was scheduled for 7:30am to be picked up on 2080 Ness Avenue. I arrived at this address on 8am . The staff on this store didn't even know how to make my rent, my truck wasn't there and I spend 1 hour to be directed to another store to get the truck which I have reserved. I arrived on Waverley esso around 9:30am, they had the truck that I needed, I was told that everything was right, and because I had 2 people waiting for me since 8:30am I rushed to my apartment to starting my moving.....as I got there and open the back door of the truck I notice the truck was full of garbage , an old bug infested mattress , food and several other things that I don't want to talk about...... Uhaul ruined my moving !!! I had to come back to the store and change the car again, once I finally started my moving was over 11am.... I spent $200 extra bucks just because the bad management and disorganized U haul system. Never come back!!!

We waited 45 minutes to pick up the Vehicle. Then The cost for using it for 6 hours was extremely high. almost $300 then gas was $80. It is time for U-haul to rent a better standard of Trucks that are More fuel efficient in line with The environmental position of other renting options in this space. I could have gone and rented a diesel truck and saved the Gas money. the U-haul model is OK but the Equipment needs updating, high gas usage - no hands free - many upgrades required.

The agent was very busy with customers and I had to wait for about twenty minutes, not a problem, he was working on his own. However, the rental van was dirty inside and I had to clean it out. Also, the previous renter forgot a personal item (remote control for garage opener in the cab). UHaul agent provided this renter my cell number to contact me for return request. I am concerned that UHaul provided my personal details to an unauthorized person. Not impressed.

I think I may have left my cell phone (Samsung) in the vehicle when I returned it to the Waverly Esso U-Haul depot this afternoon around 4:30pm CST. If someone could kindly respond to my email about the potential whereabouts of my phone, I'd be grateful. I sent the following letter to the service manager and have received no reply :Your reply suggests that your may not have an understanding of the extent of the difficulties we encountered on Saturday: In addition to the delay at the outlet due to vehicle not starting, there was an overall delay of approximately 3 hours due to the rental not starting after being loaded. Three attempts were made to jump start the truck, followed by a phone call to UHaul (in which we were informed that it would be a wait of two hours for any service). We then called CAA. While waiting for that service, a kindly neighbour came by with some boosting equipment and got the truck running. Surely your Company would not want to be known as one which dismisses such serious equipment issues. (I recall a television report of a few years ago in which UHaul was investigated and found to have serious issues wth equipment maintenance and safety). Keep in mind that a number of people were significantly inconvenienced, including neighbours who had to detour around your truck while it was stalled in a back lane. I believe that an appropriate adjustment to our contract is needed. I await your reply.

We needed a truck for a couple of hours to get a few jobs done. The service was excellent. Truck was spotless, and in great running order. We have used this location before for a truck rental, and if need be, will not hesitate to do so again.

Have maintance done on the vehicles, arrange park so that it is easier for customers to get larger rentals out, advice customers upon renting/pickup that they need to return the vehicle to the location they rented from

I thought the representative was really nice that I dealt with at the store. The reason for my rating is that I reserved the truck along with 2 regular dollies and 2 furniture dollies. When I got there they didn’t have all the equipment I required. They only had one of each. The reason for this is because they didn’t have enough. My questions are why wasn’t I informed of this when I made the reservation? Why am I finding out about this when I’m picking up the truck on the day I’m moving? The rep did suggest I take the dolly for fridges and he charged me $7 instead of $10 but I don’t believe I should’ve been charged for this as I was still inconvenienced, (I do appreciate the rep trying to problem solve). Moving is stressful and the last thing you want to worry about is not having the proper tools to do the job. This did create extra stress and made the move longer than expected. If I decided to use U-Haul again I would probably go to a bigger U-Haul next time to ensure I got everything I required.
