The service was so good. The guy working there helped me check the odometer and helped in putting the gas back. Sometimes a customer fills extra gas because they do not have the exact idea that how much gas they need to fill more.

The service and registration online was very easy! The truck had damage from a previous driver was also left at 1/8th of a tank should probably just be filled before you bring it back in my opinion? Otherwise very happy and would recommend using for lots of people.

the car hauler ratchet straps are rusted and nearly seized,, need to be lubricated,, there was absolutely no instruction , or question as to if I know how to use the trailer and attatched equipment,, I quess he just assumed that was not important, found the attendant that hooked up the trailer to have an attitude and kept calling me Buddy,, , found that disrespectful.. other than that the price and convenience of u Haul was good,,

poor guy was running a gas station and a small uhaul rental on the side. he was super rushed, and didn't seem to know all of what I had ordered. for example, I had to remind/ask/inform him I had booked 12 blankets (2 packs of 6)

don t give the customer previous stolen trucks why an environmental fee ? very nice people at this location

UHaul trailer lights didn’t work, employee was not only working as clerk for U Haul, but also operating cash for gas fill ups, car wash, convenience store AND lottery tickets sales. Operating a U Haul franchise requires more than 1 employee on site. I had pre-paid to expedite my time there, but was told I still had to pay, clerk did not know what I was paying. I reluctantly gave him my credit card, turns out UHaul does not charge tax on pre-payment, which THEY encourage to do In Order to reduce time at check out. I was there 1 1/2 hours, no exaggeration. I was directed by U Haul to go to this particular franchise which was 25 minutes away from the original site I had booked about 3 weeks earlier because of the trailer size I wanted. The clerk was extremely pleasant but it did take me a lot of convincing to get him to test the trailer for its defective lights. The clerk knew hardly anything about trailers, wiring and hook up of this trailer. I would NOT recommend using anything other than a U Haul specific franchise and don’t bother to pre-pay if you are hoping to reduce waiting time as, you still have to get a tax calculation and make a payment with your card.

My pick up time was 11:15am, I was called the night before at 5:00pm and told the U-Haul wouldn’t be available until 12. I would’ve appreciated more notice as I would’ve made other arrangements to stick to my timeline that day. I was offered 15% off for the trouble but upon arriving at the pick up location I did not receive this. The unit was also full of garbage from the previous renter. The manager at the location was super apologetic and very quick to try and clean the situation but after already having my timeline forcibly pushed I wasn’t inclined to wait for it to be swept up. I asked the manager to make note of the mess on my contract so I wouldn’t be held accountable and I’d take the rental as is. Again, the manager at this location is wonderful and tried his best to provide great customer service. I’m disappointed in U-Haul and their attention to detail/customer service.
