While the trailer was being hooked up by a u-haul employee they checked the trailer lights for me, one of them initially wasnt working but after adjusting the connector it started working. While this wasnt a problem for me i can see how this could cause problems for other renters of similar trailers and lead to traffic violations due to the maintenance of the trailer beyond customer control.

I would only add that knowing the amount of the final bill before receiving this email would be better. I was worried that I was going to get billed for fuel even though I refilled the gas to the point it was at prior to renting. I wasn't, but not knowing is not the best.

I had made my reservation over a month ahead of time.. Morning of pickup i was informed that they didn't have a truck for me yet the parking lot was full and was made to go to other side of city for pick up.. Was charged for an extra day rental, had to call back to have that refunded.. Was charged $66.22 for the extra day yet only refunded $63.00.. Not impressed nor do I feel like calling back to try and get the $3.22 extra that is owed to me..

The storage area of the van was quite dirty, of most concern was the sticky oily goo that was on the floor. Make returning the vehicle easier, download an app is a stupid ass process, just let your renters drop the key and email them a receipt the next day (no extra charge, this part is beyond dumb on your part) like every car rental company in the world.

More staff is needed in morning. It took over 45 minuets and three tries on two computers to get contract done.

Truck cab interior was not well cleaned out upon pickup, nor was the truck exterior washed. Floor of the main box hadn't been swept out by the previous user, nor by a staff member in the meantime. But the most important oversight was the smeared, dirty glass of the windshield, side windows and outside mirrors. These are literally the only way one can see what one needs to to navigate safely. They, at least, should have been cleaned more thoroughly! On the other hand, staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.

Their was a lil miscommunication with the phone being forwarded to headquarters. The questions were one answer on the phone and another In person. Be nice just to be able to call the location and talk to that location without the 3 rd party. Everyone at my location were friendly and helpful. Thx.

Did not get the trolly I asked for and was forced to bring the truck back earlier than agreed upon which significantly affected my move. The person I dealt with was of no help and rude the entire time. That will be my first and last time using uhaul. I’m a very disappointed customer and will not recommend using their services to anyone.

I found it was better to reserve the vehicle at the location rather than on the phone as I could see all the options available to me and the costs. That cannot be done on the phone or computer. Reception person was very helpful and knew what he was talking about.

Didn’t have the equipment I reserved. Took quite a while to resolve the issue. Staff could be more attentive and friendly. In the end, the person that served us helped us out.
