Just long waiting in line up. There should be a retail lineup so those just purchasing don’t have to wait for those drawing contracts. Otherwise everything else was great. Great people and friendly.

The people at the location were fine but I've never in my life had a more ridiculous experience dealing with a company. Everything about it was awful. I have used Uhaul many times in the past and I will never us e them again.

I’m sorry but the person who too my call to book was extremely rude to me. She was short tempered and curt. She snapped at to take my phone off the speaker( I was not on a speaker phone) when I asked a question she huffed before answer it. About an hour after we picked up our rental we then got a call asking us why we did not pick up our rental van. I was upset to get that call and now need to check my credit card to make sure that we were not charged twice. I would not recommend this locations nor will I use this one again. I work in customer service and would never treat my clients like I was treated.

Waited 30 minutes to get the vehicle even though I used express check in. Some people ahead of me left after waiting in line so long. One person asked if we were returning and he should be trained to jump in if not busy and help the customer get their vehicle. We were 15 minutes earlier than we said and my helpers were waiting at my house for me to return.

Customer service was exceptional and supplied us with courteous and helpful information. The only negative issue was that the cab of the truck smelled of cigarette smoke from the previous renter as we are not smokers the smell could have been neutralized before our pick up. Thank you

I initially booked the truck for Waverley location for 10am of Jul 1. But when I arrived, staff Rupinder could not find my reservation. I showed him my confirmation email. Then he explained that some returned the truck a day before without the key and that was why they did not have my reservation in the system. He was calling someone and claimed that it would be just 5-10 minutes. Then it was like 15 minutes, he passed the phone to me to speak to someone. This lady said that my reservation was for "Century" location and directed me to pick it there. I heard Rupinder tried to explain to her that I had the confirmation email for "Waverley" location. First it was the key was not return then it was the wrong location that "I" went in spite of my confirmation email. I could not go on with this time consuming argument and just wanted to pick up a truck so that I could go home and unload my stuff. I had booked movers to meet with me at my house at 10:30am but I did not get home with my truck till 12pm on Jul 1 due to this delay. The movers cost me $100 per hour due to holidays. Rupinder of Waverley store was very courteous and had done everything he could. The staff of Century was very good, knowledge and informative. I hope this mix-up with never happen to anyone. The lady on the phone (I assumed she was from the office) was not helpful and hostile. Without looking into the facts, she accused of going to the wrong place to pick up and refused to listen to Rupinder and me. As I said, I hope you will do anything to avoid this to happen to another customer.

Maybe don't make your next customer wait 5 hours for the u-haul they had reserved a month in advance, also don't bullshit them by saying we are going to give you an awesome deal, making them think they are only paying $30 for their rental and then charging them $87 dollars. Pure bullshit, next time I move I would rather higher a moving company instead of waiting around 5 good damn hours for a truck that was reserved a month in advance, and also being hassled on the phone because I needed it for 2 days due to the circumstances of my move, I wil be letting everyone I know about what has happened to me as well as putting reviews online and on social media. Thank you for making me feel like my time was valuable and then turning around and basically spitting in my face.

It took 20 minutes for me to pick up my rental. Several people in front of me were left hanging because there rentals were not available so I had to stand around and wait while the employees attempted to try to find a solution, to which they were not successful. Very poorly run / managed location.

First of all, this survey could be more detailed (e.g., ask about staff, availability of product, etc.). Second, while the service I received was very good, I am disappointed in the fact that the equipment that I reserved 3 weeks prior was not available on premises. This defeats the purpose of making a reservation. The accommodating staff found an adequate replacement, but I feel that I may reconsider renting from U-Haul in the future, unless something is done to fix this unfortunate problem.

The trucks were immaculate and extremely well maintained. Usually, brakes can be suspect on moving trucks, but I was amazed at the good quality. Maybe an electronic drop off for keys and digital signature to speed up drop offs, and expidite some parts of pick up. Well done overall!

Bank machines are unreliable at this location, also if a customer has reserved by credit card but expresses a desire to pay in cash/ debit, on check out give the customer an opportunity to change the payment method.

The staff were very nice but...we didn't get the original truck we reserved, then had to wait 1 1/2 days for a truck half the size for half the period we wanted, with no compensation provided. Luckily we found alternative arrangements. The policy should be changed to declare a stolen vehicle within 12 hours of not returning it with no contact (plus a huge financial penalty), not days later, as a deterrent so trucks are available when promised. Fully staffing the location would also be good so people aren't waiting in line for an excessive time.

I was extremely disappointed in my uhaul experience. I booked a trailer 2 months in advance, and when I arrived there was no trailer available. The service guys talked to me like it was my fault for booking so late, and basically told me I was SOL. I had to refuse to leave before one of the guys finally found me what I needed. This was not my first bad experience at uhaul and this basically confirmed that the company is poorly managed. The guy who finally helped me was the only positive experience I had. He should be compensated for the crap he is responsible for dealing with.

I want to say big thank you guy who service us (I forget this name). He was very helpful and ask all our questions , he provided and explain all rules and other policies. He helped us when we drop off can and we dont have to wait. Very good service. Thank you I would definitely recommend U-haul to all my friends and this location to all my friends.
