I rented a car dolly and the right ramp was broken when I was loading my car up and car fell off and cracked my bumper... when I picked up dolly it was full of snow and I had too brush off snow myself, the employee never looked over or showed me how to use trailer.. such bad experience

I wish I would have been advised of getting a much larger truck we had to make 2 trips... A 15' trailer for a 2 bedroom appt is too small. Would have gladly paid extra as your prices are great.

When we first arrived to rent a van we where greeted by a person who told us to do our book on line right in the store, I was willing to wait and have someone at the counter help me but was told that’s the way it was done. Customer service is very important to me and I would have preferred to work with some at the counter rather then spending more time doing it on my own. Then when I got to the counter the person behind the counter tried to help but was told to help another customer. I believe it was the manager who was the one that greeted me and told the employee to serve the other people. I understand that you may not be having a good day but when you are dealing with customers you should be friendly and helpful which he wasn’t.

I was charged 43.77 for not having it filled to 7/16. I was just over quarter tank it would have been maybe 10 more dollars in gas. The girl who I dropped it off to took a picture of the gas level and it was clearly over a quarter tank but marked it below what it was at, marking it right at a quarter. This is straight a money grab so next time I would definitely take my business else where. Please explain to me how you mark up gas pricing that much.

I had initially called to speak to a rep about renting a trailer. My call was routed to a call center somewhere in the states and the girl I was talking to couldn't answer simple questions and was confused by the fact that Canada and the USA have different holidays, so I ended the conversation with her and went down to the store. The guys I dealt with at the Regent location were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were quick, and hooked up the trailer for me. Great service.

I have been to the Regent location in the past and there is always a long line up. that line up (wait time) always eats into my rental time. so this time I decided I would use the app to check-in that way I could only blame myself if I'm late, but of course the app was not working and the person on the support app couldn't figure out why it wasn't. we spent some time troubleshooting until I gave up and just went inside. all this did was waste my time AGAIN.

The return was terrible experiance. Other returns were parked all the way back to entrance. Better parking instructions for returns because other renters aren't very smart or have common sense not to park in entrance when there is a big parking lot. Also after hours return is very long on line web site. Hard to believe those who can't figure out how to park can actually do this process.

First of all at the last minute you called to inform me that the truck was no longer available,then you rent me a truck that's way too small,and had to leave stuff behind.Then on the contract you have my address and phone number wrong.Not happy at all. I also paid cash deposit and at destination for dropping of truck no one was there to honor giving back my deposit in cash, there mailing it to me, maybe.Just not understanding it all.
