They were fine to deal with. But they had a wood display trailer at the front by the parking spots and they left the door open. With the wind it blew and hit the front of my car leaving a mark on my newly replaced bumper.

After loading all the furniture into the van and loading it into the house, we noticed there was something spilt in the U-haul. Whatever is was got onto our furniture and got onto our brand new carpet. It appears to be a grease stain and we are unable to completely get it out of the carpet.

nothing wrong with any of the locations, but the person on the phone for booking the trailer did not have a clue on what she was doing. I stated a one way pick up / drop off and was phoned a few days later asking where the trailer was. I had clarified and confirmed twice it was a one way. u haul is great, just need to improve on this issue.

I received an email confirming my reservation with pick up date of Dec 17 at 7am. But when i arrived, the office opens at 9am. I had to delay my move because of this.

Staff was very courteous, and the physical location is very nice. However, the trailer was quite filthy on the inside...somebody had obviously used it to haul dirt or something...there was mud in all the corners and spread on spots on the floor. The outside of the trailer was also filthy, had not been washed for some time. (I know it's a dirty time of year, but this trailer hadn't seen a wash for quite some time.) I think UHaul could do a better job in this department.

Our entire experience was less than satisfactory. The 26' truck we reserved was not available at the location we selected, causing us to have to travel across the city to get one. I received a CONFIRMATION email for our reservation and assumed everything was good to go, and was never contacted to say that our chosen equipment was not available. We were given a poor excuse that the online reservation system "is flawed" and there was nothing that could be done aside from picking up at another location (thank goodness there WAS one available at that time). The truck wouldn't start after we had loaded it at the storage locker and it took several attempts to get it going again. When it came time to return it, it took over half an hour of standing around the main area before we were taken care of. We DID receive a credit as a reservation guarantee but even so, I would absolutely NOT recommend Uhaul because of the hassle from start to finish.

I paid for a trailer at the Pembina site on the last weekend of November, but had to cancel it because the lights for the trailer weren’t working. The Pembina guys had told me that the credit would be applied for next time since they didn’t have any more trailers available. Fine. No problem. The first weekend of December rolls around. The Regent site called me and said the trailer I was supposed to rent that weekend had been in an accident. So I deal with the expense of cancelling the move, and calling off the people who were going to help me. When I finally came to pick up a trailer on the SECOND weekend of December on Regent, the guys there said that the Pembina uhaul guys gave me my money back, but they hadn’t; I had to pay again! So not only did I have to wait two extra weeks to move, I also had to pay for a trailer TWICE. Also it’s upsetting that even though I have 24 hour access, the garage doors still won’t open at night. I am unimpressed with my experience to say the least.

Pick up on Sunday. Standing outside the locked door at exactly 9:00am opening time, when I see staff walk by. I tap on the glass (suggesting to open the door) and the staff ignored me. Waited a few minuted before someone came by to open the door. I understands they need to get ready, but I cold have been waiting inside while they did this. Or they could have arrived earlier to get ready for the day. We are talking Canada here. It was -5 degrees outside. Not great customer service. The rest of the U-haul experience was great.

All staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. A van was dirty inside (a lot of wood chips over all floor). I did not notice it when I got a van, but pointed that when I return and they did not change me for cleaning. They gave me an appliances dolly instead of utility dolly and it was rusted. All other was very good. A van was in good condition and well maintained. It was very comfortable to drive it. Thank you!

I pre-booked a cargo van for a small move. I gave u-haul 18 hours notice. Approx. Short notice , I agree but when I called your staff they told me there was a van available. I made this call Saturday evening. 5pm. I arrived to pick up the cargo van which I requested. Sunday 1 pm. The person who was on duty could not find the cargo van I pre booked the evening prior. This process took up to 10 mins of walking around your lot to find said cargo van. The van was finally located covered in snow and ice. I arrived to a van with no gas. The employee at the time did informs me of the gas shortage in the vehicle. I did agree however, if you want to have happy customers, don’t make them get gas for you. This has caused me to waste my time and effort when you advertise as a easy solution to moving. Not easy at all. AThis has caused me to travel a few Kms distance to get gas and pay immediately out of my pocket and delaying My move. Approx 5 Kim’s and 15 mins. . The staff member could not locate the vehicle that I rented. I’m upset as this process has caused me delayS. I received an invoice today that showed my payments and I did not receive a credit for having fuel in the vehicle which your staff member told me I would get. . There was 1/8 of a tank plus. I have pictures of the mileage when I received the vehicle and when I returned it Time stamped. Your numbers are incorrect based on the invoice. I’m satisfied with the vehicle but not with the customer service. Can the invoice be revised and credited or rebilled?
