You need lockers of a 10 ×12 size and more head room inside main level lockers. Thanks for the dollies available for moving. They helped us immensely.

The physical location is great but the staff was not overly helpful at all and then I got charged an extra 20 bucks on my rental which is silly seeing as I literally drive it like 10 km.

Dirty vehicles and very expensive. Called in to book and person got location wrong 2 times. Used van for 3 hours and returned it at a cost of $90.00

There appeared to be a lack of staff at this location. There was only me and one other customer and I waited an hour to get a trailer. When i finally got the trailer the safety chains were broken so then it was another 30mins to get that fixed. Get more staff and get more organized I would say.

It took three different computers and multiple tries on each computer to get me signed out. I was told to check me credit card because I might be charged multiple times. While finally waiting for my paperwork I hear the guy beside me given the option whether they wanted the $15 "optional" insurance or not. I was never given the option and asked the guy what the fee was and was told insurance. If I knew I had an option I woudnt have taken it. When I returned the vehicle I was told that I was given a different vehicle than on file. Once inside I was told I was assigned multiple vehicles. What a brutal experience.

Confirming rental over the phone after submitting the reservation online was poor. Poor customer service, poor telephone communication. When asked to speak to a manager, customer service agent hung up the phone. Pick up was smooth and easy. Truck was clean and well maintained. Returning the truck was a challenge, as there were 4 other trucks being returned at the same time and one staff member was seen. I did not speak to a uhaul representative prior to leaving, keys left in truck and I left the lot. Overall, truck was great but VERY poor customer service both phone and in person.

Vehicle has transmission issues (very slow to upshift) Tumbler on passenger door falling out. Vehicle had only 1/4 tank of gas when picked up. Generally not a rewarding experience, but fairly common for U-Haul.

I like the service U-Haul offers, it should be easy and simple. I had booked a truck to make a one way trip to Steinbach, but I was given an "in-town truck" that I had to return to Winnipeg, not only costing me added miles, fuel but also time and paying a friend to give me a ride. The employee was somewhat professional and friendly, but it was very obvious that he had no authority to try to solve my issue. The truck was ok and I got everything moved successfully. Unfortunately due to the described inconvenience I ended up spending significantly more than budgeted based on the information displayed on the website. I think the company needs to show the customer the real cost of renting the truck and not hide all the fine print. Thank you!

The left turn light regularly came up on my dash as being out. It was working but it was very dim. I would have gone back to the pickup location but someone else was here about a wiring issue (warranty) and he couldn't get help till Monday so there was no point.

Horrible service, I made a reservation for a vehicle transport trailer for 3 days, about a week in advance, when I went to pick up, the guy came out I had to wait for them to move other trailers out of the way, then he connected the trailer to my truck, ( he didn’t show me anything about the functionality of the trailer, not that I needed it but not the point) then we went inside to finish the paperwork, at that point he said I had to have it back in3 hours, but I reserved it for 3 days, they said I couldn’t take it and had no others and I had to go disconnect it from my track, I was not happy at all, after about 40 min of me telling them to call and try and sort this out and then saying nothing available they found one on McPhillips and wanted me to go there, I said no way you get it here, finally they let me take the one connected to my truck but I had to take it back To McPhillips. On top of all that they gave me the wrong price when I reserved it, when I went to pick up they wanted 3 times the price theyvtold me on the phone.

Only concern was I had went to the Mcphillips location in Winnipeg first thing inthe morning to rent the car hauler, they didnt have one . asked the the staff to check other locations was told none available today. Went home and called uhaul by phone and was then told a trailer was available at another location. Not sure if staff are trained on your computer systems.

More info about the self serve pick up option would be appreciated. It felt a bit like a scavenger hunt not knowing what the steps in the process were in advance. I could have had the settings for my phone changed in advance. Also, how to initiate the self serve drop off option wasn't clear.
