The truck was dirty inside and out, it was not a problem, mentioned only for records. I book for picking up and returning to Morden, but I had to pick up and return to Winkler, different city, that cost me over 30km extra that I was charged.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI booked the U-Haul but they didn’t confirm it. It didn’t make a reservation. I got a text message but I went for a pick up. They said you have no reservation here the day I have to pick up it was not there. They said it was on four days after and it was not the one that was I was looking for it is because of Winnipeg you hold Team they are very rude arrogant. There was a girl she spoke to me when I ask her that I am at pick up application, but there is no truck available that time they was giving me the smaller size. I don’t want that one I said, and she was kind of rude. She was insisting me to get that one. She has only that one then she said they have the bigger truck. I said I am happy to get a bigger truck, but I want that discount of $50 because of the hassle because first they said it’s not confirmed at the end point I just merely got a truck. There is a very large gap of miscommunication between Winnipeg U-Haul team and the Winkler U-Haul location. They both are not on the same page. They are U-Haul‘s the Winkler one just over there but the Agent at Winkler location. They are not going to give the customers what they want and the Winnipeg U-Haul team is also creating so much mess and inconvenience to customers. This is my second time this happened here and if even if even Winnipeg, you holler or U-Haul is at fault, they will not agree that they are liable
