Reserve a van and couldn't get pick up after hours. The next day went back i had to used a truck instead asked for a furniture dolly they gave me a hand truck which they couldn't cancel instead they gave me a 1800 number to call. I am highly disappointed and wouldn't go there again.
Van, utility dolly and the office staff were all fantastic. It was a very easy process and stress free

I would like to see you wash your vehicles more often. Customer service is the best. The rental process is efficient and fast. The vehicles are in great shape.
There was roaches crawling in back of the truck where I had to put my customer furniture.
Truthfully I found the employee that handled the on site portion of the rental to be efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely rent from you again. The truck I rented was not cleaned out. Thats why I didn't give you guys a higher rating.

My issues is with ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE &CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called Roadside ASSISTANCE and was left on hold 40mins. I recalled them and the same thing happened. I then called the local dealer and was give Customer Service. They said they can't helped, they don't work with that department. Please call me 443-306-3269

Take cash not everyone has a card
The rate was to High! I should have checked the miles before I left to make sure it was correct. I was is a rush to get my day started, and when I returned it said I went 33 miles. I felt like that was terribly wrong however I had no way to prove it. If I ever use Uhaul again I will be sure to get their 15 minutes early to check everything before I leave!

This was my third time rented the truck and also we rented your storage about 4 months may be if you check the file it was under Genet sherk . So I am happy with it we will refer customer and after three months I will come to rent again to move back to hour house.Thanks
1st. Online I scheduled prior for my pick up at reisterstown road and northern parkway and you all changed my CONFIRMED Reservation to a location inconvenient. 2nd. You shorted me on the 2 packs of moving blankets and never notified me of it. Therefore, where you MOVED my reservation caused me to go to opposite end of county to city to get moving blankets. 3rd Upon traveling on my moving day to get blankets; your SYSTEM crashed for credit cards and I needed cash to purchase blankets which I did not have and clerk unsympathetic. This took me additional 58 minutes on Sat move day plus 23 minutes out of my way and therefore LATE for MOVING especially having to get truck back at 4pm. 4th, I returned truck and could not get receipt until Sun. 5th I purchased cling wrap which had no cling, despite not using and putting back in wrapper and having to return blankets to an additional Uhaul where I got blankets; REFUSE to accept wrap back and refund me. 6th Upon review of receipt, it appears charge per mile was $1.29 vs the online quote at initial sign up which is showing .99 per mile. BTW, your customer service individuals who confirm reservations tones are sharp and rude.
