Got excellent help when I called for an extra day. The man on the phone said he would be there at 9a for the return of the vehicle (not the the location was closed on Sundays and how I should drop it off! Upon arriving the office parking lot is too small for a 26' truck to pull into (also any one with trailer would have the same issue). I parked in the street and walked up to the office (there by not seeing the sign on a parking spot on how to return the vehicle. My wife spotted the small sign in the grass (across the street from the office) for vehicle return. Then after parking the truck we had to decide what to do with the keys. Found a number on the door for the onsite manager and he directed me back ACROSS the STREET to drop off the keys. We started taking pictures to demonstrate this difficult return when, as you can imagine when we were able to pull into the office parking lot there is a sign explaining how the returns should be handled. This sign cannot be seen if you park in the street and walk up. Nothing related to this is posted on the front door.

Was unable to check in with mobile app before operating, incredibly confusing process and could not figure out. Had to wait until the location was open to pick up and workers were friendly and able to accommodate.
