Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDon’t include ridiculous, hidden fees, like “after hours charge.” Also, the truck that I reserved online was not in the lot when I arrived so I had to arrange the rental of a different truck with a Uhaul operator on the phone because the desk was closed (despite my paying the “after hours fee”).
Juan CI didn’t get the girls name at the desk but she was very professional and friendly.
Elena CGreat customer service. You made the renting experience very simple and the process was well executed. Thank you all for a job well done!
Karen SBetter communication, the location lied about the miles that I put on the truck and the equipment I paid to rent was un attainable.
