After much communication with the pick up location by myself and my Aunt who lives in the area I arrived and the equipment was not available. I drove 1800 miles for two full days to be told they don't have the Auto transport I reserved. After giving them an ear full they pulled a unit up that needed a tire and new chains and were able to fix it and provide the equipment. The personnel seemed rather inexperienced and checkout was slow. No issues with equipment after leaving the location.

Make sure all staff or any staff be trained in the position they hold. Make sure no false information is given due to lack of knowledge. Personnel should be fully trained on your systems before being left alone to help customers.

Didn't have what I needed where I needed it. Then found one a hour away got there and they rented my truck as hour before I was scheduled to pick it up. Then go to return the truck and one was due the day before and the other the next day one with extra milage and one without.very un organized when everything should have been the same. Like the woman said in the begining that I would have extra 85 mile to go pick up the truck,and extra day . And all my receipts/papers show the same date. Was a very big hassle on the day of moving 3 hours away

What really upset me was, I was in a time crunch so registered and check in on line. Got the confirmation and everything. When I went to pick my trailer I had to do it all over again. I also signed up for a 5x10 and got the confirmation for that size. When I went to pick it up I was charged for a 6x12
