My original reservation was with Advanced Packaging in Wichita, KS. When I arrived to pick it up, they were closed for the weekend!! I NEEDED that trailer to get my things from Wichita to Denver. Advanced Packaging had NOT given me any indication, throughout the reservation process, that they would be closed for the weekend! What a lousy way to do business. Advanced packaging had given me every indication that my trailer would be available for pickup when I requested it. Very poor way to run a business. Thankfully Neitzel Hardware was able to rent me a trailer.

The truck shifter is very loose and the truck is constantly beeping when the door is opened.
