The owner of the business cursed at me because his door was not working properly it hit the door stop by accident. He even told me to get the f—k off his property and told me he wasn’t going to rent me a truck. I have never been so insulted in my whole life. I have to deal with customers in my job and if I ever talked to them like the owner of the property did me I would be fired. The truck ran great but it was covered in dirt. You could barley see out of the windows. It will definitely make me think before I rent another uhaul again. Especially if I see that address as a pickup location.

My experience is always awful if I could find another company I would in a hard beat It is never at the location I always have to pick it up somewhere else and I think I should get a discount for my in-convenience to have to go elsewhere further and have to pay more money because it is further away but your supervisor did not think so. And not just this time but every time I have some sort of issue

We returned the vehicle on time and less than the mileage we payed for and the guy didn't even turn it in until a week and a half later because a lady called to ask where it was. Then I received a bill via attached this e-mail. I am not paying this bill in fact we are owed money. If my debit card is charged I will dispute it and contact my lawyer. Thank you, Kenneth Hust

Uhaul representative was not there. A hotel desck clerk had to assist me. She did not have a clue and called I guess the owner. When I dropped off the rental my charge was higher than what was estimated.I was charged insurance without being asked if I wanted insurance. I asked if I was charged for insurance and was told no an to just look at my email. The gentleman could not tell me why the amount was higher. “Just look at the email” he said. When I did look at the email it was at that time I noticed the charge for insurance. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

This U-Haul dealer also runs a motel at the same location. I chose this location because it was convenient. When I went to pick up the truck the owners son had to get him out of bed for me to get the truck i had reserved. I had reserved 4 dozen pads also but they only had 28 on hand. We had to go to another location to fill our order for the pads.

The man who waited on me was very polite and professional. He was apologetic that he did not have everything I needed. I reserved an appliance dolly but the location did not have one available for me to use.

After making all arrangements on the Internet with a UHaul dealer in Burkburnett, Tx we were disappointed when it was changed to a dealer in Wichita Falls, Tx because the Wichita Falls location did not honor the Burkburnett contract I created on the website. He charged us $75 extra for insurance we did not sign up for. The cab of the truck had food and grass on the floor. All equipment was is perfect working order -no problems there.

I had to wait because there was no one available to take care of Uhaul rental at 8am when I arrived as scheduled. Costs were not explained to me and I ended up paying for insurance coverage that I actually didn;t need or want. Not happy.

I reserved both the 24 ft truck and vehicle dolly at the SAME location on Kell EAST in Wichita. I was later informed that I would have to pick up the truck on the southwest part of Wichita Falls and the dolly at a location on the northeast part of Wichita Falls !!!! I had to wait 30 minutes for a person who knew how to rent the dollie for me.... NOT ACCEPTABLE Very Extremely INCONVIENT for me ! I will never recommend U- Haul again ! (806) 264-2425 Debbie Hudson

I would recommend this location if the hours were posted as 8am-8pm. We dropped off the trailer at 9:00pm because the website posted this location as 24hrs. The hotel desk is manned 24 hours but apparently can only do uhaul transactions from 8-8. I think that should be posted on the website for future customers to see. We were told we would have to make a return trip to finalize the paperwork.
