The location should update the mobile check-in. The lock that secured my keys was impossible to open. After several attempts and calls to customer service, the employee of the location was able to open the lock. The employee even stated that the locks needed to be replaced.
steve hTruck was in good condition, being nearly new, and drove the 1300 miles with no problems. Owner of the location was friendly.

Kevin KKnowing that the truck was in need of repairs or they never checked the truck before renting it out. The truck driver mirror was stripped and not functioning. Also the lights on the outside and back up lights did not work. Their solution was to go to another U-Haul and replace the truck. We rented for that date since we had movers coming to pack the truck we couldn’t. We expected the company to have checked out the truck before we came to pick it up. We were driving it to Michigan and had several mishaps going back.
