The people at the location were great. Very friendly. I wish they would have told me about getting texts to check the condition of the equipment and checking in the equipment. I didn't see the first text till well after I left with the truck. The truck cab was clean but when I opened the back there were numerous blankets all over the place, some soaking wet. The hand truck was lying on the floor and there was a moving dolly also just lying there. It all worked out and the truck was good. Just seemed a little lackadaisical.

Windshield wipers were inoperable. No snow removal tool in the cab. The hours are not convenient, especially with being completely closed for lunch
