Customer service at this location is atrocious. The guys who work the check in counter are unfriendly and unprofessional. Their general demeanor and tone left me feeling as though I was not welcome in the store, and that I was a burden to them. I interrupted their discussion about who would get lunch for everyone, and the moment the attendant left me with the vehicle, he radioed in to his coworkers immediately, resuming their "burrito run". I found it very unprofessional as he only wanted to speed through my rental process in order to get back to what they wanted to do. My reservation was also cancelled without a courtesy call (which I have always received when running late) but these guys said they were just too busy to call so they canceled my reservation. I rent from U-Haul every single weekend and the service has declined so much in the last couple of months. Used to be staffed by friendly people who seemed to enjoy their jobs, these new guys just want people out of the store. very disappointing because this location is the most convenient for me, but I don't even want to go back. There is a Penske rental right next door that I might try instead. These guys need to clean up their act and attitude.

This was our original pick up but was told they don't have the equipments we need. We were told to go to another pick up location and wasted our time!

The reservation for an auto tow trailer accepted but the kid at the desk couldn't process the order complete because of a software issue he was not trained to deal with wasting 45 minutes of precious daylight needed to do my work. The agent obviously felt stressed because he felt his job was on the line for completing a rental that should have been a non-issue. We are consequently NOT IMPRESSED!

The steering on the truck they gave me was all messed up. If you were turning, or on a curve it was fine, but when you were trying to drive straight it kept "wandering" or not wanting to go straight. Every bump in the road made the truck want to go in a different direction. I informed the attendant of this when I brought the truck back.

Taking a photo of the mileage and fuel was a little challenging; by the time the gas gauge gets to anywhere above roughly 3/4 of a tank, which mine was at 7/8, the digital screen would change from the mileage to some other message. Maybe there should be one photo for each. No big, just something I ran into. Customer service was awesome though. Very friendly and very helpful!

Number1: my reservation was messed up. I made a reservation at this location, when I came over, the guy told me that my reservation was pushed to Brea, I don't know what that means, but the truck I reserved was not there. Number 2: When I returned the truck, the person who helped me when I picked up the truck told me to wait outside for couple minutes, it ended up being 30 minutes, then when he came out, there was another customer that pulled in for returning his truck, the rep went to helped that person right away, while I was standing there waiting. When I asked the question, he gave me an attitude that he had to take of others, not even a single apology. I had to ask for another person, William i think, to help me. William was nice.. I forgot the name of that other person, who was not treating customer right. You should do something about that employee who treated customer with no respect, make customer waiting.

It seemed a bit expensive for a trailer rental for a one day same location pick up/drop off. A truck is less expensive.

Keep the reservations that customers make. I had made a reservation in advance, my reservation was cancled and move to a different time and location, had to call again to change it back,. Educate your employees about good customer service,

When dropping off the rental, I asked about the Milage and contract. The staff just told me there was nothing more needed. Then I wake up to an additional charge the next morning. NOT okay!! Especially after I gave Uhaul an entire 1/4 of a tank of gas at my expense!

Chris - The General Manager - is really rude to Asian customers. That is discrimination. I was waiting in line at that time. When he treats the white people, he acted differently. I would not recommend this location.

I originally reserved for the location off of beach BLVD in HB. I arrived on time, to pick up my truck that I reserved, only to find out that they don't have my truck in their inventory and thus switched my reservation to the one in Westminster. Not only did this cause a delay in my movi schedule, I also missed my appointments to pick up the furnitures and was charged late fee. I want to speak with a manager regarding this. Definitely unacceptable, switching my reservation location without notifying me.

I had to make changes to my reservations and during the entire process, every time I spoke with someone they were professional courtesy and overall friendly. Likewise when I came to pick up the trailer, each person was equally professional and friendly. Very impressed with the entire staff!
