We made a mistake and someone lost the cheese and you guys really screwed us because we made a mistake and we were too poor to get the extra assurance so you made sure that you took us and not too happy about you
MICHAEL Q.Towne Storage was extremely good to work with. The original location I reserved a van at not so much. It would be nice to receive a call before driving to the location to pick up the van if there is not the right size van available. I reserved a 20' van and was told they had one for me. Upon arrival this was not the case. Ended up wasting a lot of time and having to pay for extra miles that were out of my way because of this inconvenience. In total it was an extra 35 miles that I had to pay for.
