Fix the fucking return on the site took way too many pictures trying too get it too work but ended up just giving up on it. And just dropping the keys in the box instead of finishing the return the location was good but the site needs some work

I was very pleased at the efficiency of getting this reserved, paying, and getting hooked up.
I would say move any of the uhauls that we're not being used towards the back just because while I was doing a self check in there was only two spots on the lot left as I took and another family came in to do there's as well making no room for parking if a third family would have come to self check in as well. Nothing wrong with the company itself just a suggestion.
Nothing right now because of this Covid. All the procedures were followed with social distancing and Masks, everything done through online/email. I myself really miss the interaction with people and not having to yell through Masks and barriers. For me having to speak so loudly, I feel like my privacy is compromised. But it is what we all have to go through right now. Thank You for providing the services that I need
When picking up was asked for a cell phone when told we didn't have one the gentleman (Daniel Klc is on contract) said he would do it this time but if we don't have one we will not be able to rent a truck again...Really!!?? We have doing business with UHaul for years and have never encountered this. If that is the case then we will go elsewhere. We do alot of DIY projects and need a van, pickup, moving truck, etc. another company, I'm sure, will value our business. The young man that checked it back in when returning was very nice and helpful, so we would like to give him Kudos.
Guy was a little overly excited that I didn't call even though I was only 15 minutes late. I thought that was a bit odd. But after that was over with he was very nice and pleasant and it was a good experience. No issues with the trailer.
That focus on the value of my time was fantastic. Just keep doing that.

Well, my experience was fantastic! When I needed to return my rental after hours which was 4 am someone really picked up the phone and walked me through the process. I have used them before and have always been well taken care of.
Just want give an excellent review to Joe, the assistant, there at the Uhaul for helping me get in and out and checked back in quickly. Very polite and friendly. I've always been really happy renting from this location. I also want to give Abraham (I am bad with names, I hope it's correct) the friendly younger fella an excellent review as well. Keep up the excellent work everyone. Very happy customer here.

Building was gross and poorly lit. Felt like I was about to be murdered.
Your website wouldn't work. I returned the truck at the scheduled time after hours and tried to check in but your website refused to recognize my location. When I called customer service I was on hold for half an hour with no answer, so I gave up and dropped the keys in the box. Got charged 20 bucks extra. Not happy.

I don't know if this is something you can really improve, but the location was very tight and didn't have much area to move around. When I arrived to pick up my new truck or car didn't have much room to park my picture up and they were only two other customers there at the time.

Maybe allow the possibility for discounts especially for repeat customers. That in itself would attract customers. Uhaul is a name brand. Normal name brands have discounts for repeats and multi-purchases.

Parking area for personal vehicles is very limited. It would be helpful to see some instructions on where to park when you arrive at this location.
I DID NOT RENT FROM UHAUL. I started receiving text messages about â€œmy rentalâ€ and I was immediately concerned. I tried to call U-Haul customer service and I wasn't about to wait 7 to 10 minutes for a rental I never even made! The next day I received a receipt for my rental. It included my home address, my email, my phone numbers, but the name and the last four digits of the credit card number not mine. On the receipt it said if you had any questions to email 720054_GM@uhaul.com. And I did! This was three days ago and I've not received a reply. I ABSOLUTELY intend to pursue this. Why was my account information used? How is my account accessed by somebody else? There's a huge liability issue here. U-Haul corporate will be hearing from me.
You did a good job here. The drop off process is lousy.
From start to finish the process was very easy and the staff were very nice. They knew exactly what they were doing and I wish more company's trained their employees like the ones at the location I rented from. Thank you.
