There is no location. The vehicles are parked in the street and there. What can we do the improve for the next customer? Cancel this facility contract.
Pieter DThe location I booked does not exist!!!! Get it off your site! I drove up and down the street, around all the surrounding streets, then started asking pedestrians, and finally somebody told me where the closest U-Haul was-obviously not the same as the one that does not exist! When I got there, it’s in this gas station, the people are super unfriendly and difficult. They were unable to figure out how to enter the information and get a contract. When we finally got it done with someone else’s phone, they said they had put in the additional driver information. I asked them why didn’t appear on the contract and they just said it never does. Then I called the 800 number and it was verified for me that the additional driver was not listed! So I went back inside the gas station and asked him why they told me it was listed and they just said oh, OK we’ll add it now. They couldn’t care less about the fact that they lied. Then they were unable to add it and I had to call some other U-Haul number where the people were able to add information. It really is a terrible experience at that location. I would suggest getting rid of it if I were you and just getting a decent location! I wish there were another one around so I would not have to go to that location ever again.
ALICIA Gabsolutely terrible experience. i would never recommend it. first off all I came to the location at 1011 Caroline St Ste A West Palm Beach, FL 33401. it turned out to be a grocery store with no truck obviously, they redirect us to a gas station at 901 Belvedere Rd. i came there and guess what ? no truck as well. they gave me a key a told me to come back to a first location. so i came back, and the truck wasn’t there. i’ve found the truck around the corner on different street be someone’s garage. totally unacceptable and very poor service
Ivan MThe truck was parked a half mile from the location that manages it. I also had to wait in line for keys even though I completed the pre-registration process. It took an hour and multiple Ubers when this should have been a 5 minute process
