Very friendly customer service
Henry FI do not recommend this place. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I called this place when I was I was on my way and they told me they would wait for me and they lied. I got all the way out there to find out that they were closed and nobody was around and I was literally five minutes late and called them prior and told them that I was going to be five minutes late, but thank God for the man that booked the reservation all the way in Sylvania Georgia where we were intending to drop the truck off at this man literally drove an hour away to help us and drove an hour back. They need to give this man a raise because what he did people do not do in the world we live in today. And we will be forever grateful for Mr. Dominic at Southern Gentleman best deals Auto Sales in Sylvania Georgia.
Sandra WHave the dealer document pictures of fuel level and interior/exterior condition. Sending this up the chain, would help to make sure that people don't get screwed like I did. But that's kinda the reason you don't do that, isn't it?
Patrick RWas not explained that I would receive email and needed to do walk around before I left lot. Email was not seem until after truck packed and gone. Was told to leave a quarter tank gas in truck and I did but when spin off owed another 3 gallons of of gas because it had more than a quarter tank in it. Did online reservation 6 days ahead, and first confirmation emailsent me to place that did not even have 20,' truck. Called uhaul and had that changed, after 4 calls. Next haul rep change my reservation from 300 mile out of town move to an in town move. Got back on phone with haul and change it back. Overall experience was a human, ME, chasing AI and other elect mistakes.
