Except for the short Saturday opening (10 am to 1 pm instead of 10 am to 2 pm) every thing was good and the staff helpful.

Robert DThe facility was not open at the stated open time. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come. Then waited another 10+ minutes for them to find the key. The vehicle had visible dents and scratches which upon return I had to prove was not done by me. The transmission was clearly not right, hard to get in gear. It however did make it to my destination. The cabin itself had food from the prior rental. I would not get a vehicle from this location again. I have used uHaul many times and this was the first bad experience.
Denis BClarify with renters that there is nobody at location pickup and you must have the app to walk you through your pickup and dropoff. Confusion where to dropoff the vehicle as there was another truck parked where I picked up truck. dropoff area is a small alley and I didn’t want to block the other truck parked there if someone was coming to rent it. I parked on the road and called the contact number but no answer. Otherwise the process was great using an app unsteady of standing in a lineup.
