The 20ft truck we rented did not have any heat from the vents. Engine came up to temp ok.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe truck wouldnt go over 30 phone without shaking you to death so I could move half my stuff because I was afraid it would break
Jamey BDrop off was after hours. Locked wallet in truck and didn't realize it until after putting key in key box. There was a local emergency number and he responded right away and was incredibly kind and helpful. So grateful for compassionate human beings. Also tried the online UHaul company contact number - no answer and got the "out of service" automatic reply. Unbelievable...
Scott HWashington was fine - however it was moved there from original agreement from jasper due to my drop off preference at bloomington (which later was attempted to change). before i got back to my home in huntingburg from washington i received a call from uhaul representative trying to convince me to change my dropoff to terre haute (which is not that close and inconvenient). i found this unprofessional.
Jeff TThere was no one in the building so we had to drop the key in a drop box.
