Stop offering the Uhaul app experience. Sitting at the location, waiting for calls to verify my existence did not work. The associate inside the store was helpful and helped me bypass the app (after I had already wasted 15 minutes sitting outside in my car). The truck was bug infested. The LAST thing movers want or need is to have insects infiltrate our packed belongings from the moving truck we paid to use.

The uhual was dirty and there were dead bugs in the back of the uhual. The man running the desk was inside of a liquir store and did not tell me how much I was being charged. He did not talk to me the whole time, he sat far away from the store window. It was not a good experience, I do not recommend anyone go to that location.
PHILLIP PIn a desperate time I needed a U-Haul. The ac worked very well. Truck was dirty, low fuel light was on, smelled very strongly of weed.( there was a roach in the cup holder) The driver door had to be slammed to shut. Inside the box was dirty with dirt, sand and asphalt. Back door flung open once it was unlocked.
JULIE YWhen I pick it up no paperwork, no receipt and was charged for the insurance which I told him I didn't want the insurance. But I didn't see the receipt so I don't know what I paid for. And I did asked for a receipt and he told me they don't give receipt. The drop off was fine, but he couldn't find the receipt. I guess the Foreigner got what he wanted, I never use the warrensburg u-haul ever again. It makes me feel like when I need one I will check with other companies.
