Was one truck at a ghetto gas station. Truck wasnt ready for pick up. Had to come back later an reschedule my table and chairs pick up for 7 hrs later. Instead of having it at 9am, got it at 230 an charged for the hole day. Truck when I finally got it was ar 1/8 tank of gas and wasnt clean in the back for cab. Engine light was also on. When I got the keys, its the first time I never recieved any form of papers or anything. I was able to take pictures an starting mileage through the uhaul text I got but was a horrible experience. Gas station attendant was lost on the uhaul processes an barely spoke English. Still blessed to get the Truck but still 1 star

James OWindshield was so dirty couldn’t begin to see out of it !! Had to take it to a gas station and scrub it clean!!
Fred NStop offering the Uhaul app experience. Sitting at the location, waiting for calls to verify my existence did not work. The associate inside the store was helpful and helped me bypass the app (after I had already wasted 15 minutes sitting outside in my car). The truck was bug infested. The LAST thing movers want or need is to have insects infiltrate our packed belongings from the moving truck we paid to use.
Shauna WThe uhual was dirty and there were dead bugs in the back of the uhual. The man running the desk was inside of a liquir store and did not tell me how much I was being charged. He did not talk to me the whole time, he sat far away from the store window. It was not a good experience, I do not recommend anyone go to that location.
