truck smelled of heavy cigarette smoke, had to leave windows down while loading, not complaining about smokers but it was heavy smoke

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLight plug had a smashed plug from previous user. Customer service guy fixed, not much delay. Maybe look over lil better before next rental

corey mThe location for the pickup was genuinely so hard to find the office because it is not labeled and it's also marked for trespassing if you go where you're not supposed to go so as confusing as that is I think Carlisle should not rent out U-Haul that was an awful experience regardless if my U-Haul was literally $2 to move the fact that it was on E the whole time I moved also ridiculous I get that it was because the last customer but you guys should be at least able to put $5 in gas if that's the case, I probably will not use U-Haul for my next move it was that bad
Cayleb SJust include the dollie into every rental. Most of us end up pulling the tag anyway. Just add $7 and take the pissed off part out of the experience
