Very pleasant experience with a little longer wait time than we're normally used to. The representative was very friendly. There seemed to be some technical issues with his computer. The drop off location charged us for "clean up'" but U-Haul refunded us after verifying the truck was in that condition when we got it. Overall I'll definitely use this business.
Shalada JThe attic of the U-Haul was covered in red dust, like from driving down a dirt road. The main area of the box was also dirty and littered with nuts, bolts, hair clips and other small items that obviously fell out of what was hauled last. The cab had ashes in it and was dirty as well. The parking lot is a rather tight squeeze especially when they have clients(car detailing business) and the employees don’t really pay attention that they are in your way.
