Reservation was not in system. Price was misquoted, details of f return was wrong, had to settle for smaller truck. Local dealer refused to accept responsibility. Had to make several calls to uhaul to straighten out.

Darian F.Upon returning my truck, I was very impressed with the U-Haul software system which leads the customer through a series of questions / comments / photo-taking related to returning the truck. That software system was very user friendly. Whoever wrote that program deserves "a pat on the back." Yes, U-Haul seems to have delegated some of its work to the customer, but, regardless, I like this system.
