It was very difficult for me and my family to acquire the rental. We stood out in the sun for hours and on the phone with various agents and yes we finally got the assistance required. Then I was upgraded to a bigger truck ant no extra charge allegedly-yet I sustained the price difference. I will never use nor recommend this location to anyone. And maybe recommend and use Penskie for future moving needs.

Casy HMy reservation was changed at the last minute from another uhaul place. The vehicle I was supposed to get was not there due to the change of reservation. But the the vehicle I got was all I needed. It was clean and runs good. The person who handled my transaction was quick polite and helpful. They do detailing as well I will be back for other services.
Sherry KThese guys are real life crooks. I mean I life is hard but is it really that bad? I reserved a U-Haul for 24 hours and brought it back early! These people charged my debit card a total of $236.10. It’s giving broke and unprofessional.
