I was a bit frustrated having to go to a second location being on a time frame. My original reservation was transferred after trying to pick up truck for 30 minutes. The location was closed and didn't have self serve pick up.

Rodney CDespite assurances over the phone that I would be able to pick up after hours, it didn’t work until someone from a neighboring store called a manager and had them help via remote. Second, it turned out that the auto transport I rented was broken and unusable. The entire thing was a train wreck and incredibly disappointing.

Ivon PThe office told me to back the trailer up to an open space--but there was not an open space, and despite how much room they have, did not offer a convenient place to pull into with a trailer. Plus, I very out-of-practice at backing a trailer. The office person said if someone directs me would I back into a space; I said I would try. The first guy who came out saw that there were no spaces, went back in. After several minutes, someone else came out (a young man who looked Hispanic); he moved some other U-Haul equipment to make room and was very helpful, even backing my truck up for me.
