Be sure person who rents trucks is there at the pickup time. Be sure there is more than 1/4 tank of gasoline in the truck. Stop jerking people by changing pickup location. Stop promising blankets when pickup location doesn’t have them.

Allen PHad a hard time with picking up the dolly until the main boss showed up and then it was smooth sailing. Although the ratchets worked they did need some attention, one was difficult to get to ratchet strap tire
Ruby TI bought fuel from them at there store and they still after I left charged me a fuel surcharge. Said they would fix it and never did so I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody
Foy LWe went to the Auburn location we booked the U-Haul and were told there were not enough trailers for rental and had to drive an hour away to Wadley to get one. Strike one as we were on a time crunch. We had a 6 hour drive back to our home in Mooresville NC. Made the additional hour drive there and another hour back to auburn. At the Wadley location we waited 45 minutes for the staff to figure out how to fill out the contract and they had no idea how to hook the trailer to our hitch. My husband how to watch a YouTube video and did it himself. This set our trip back by 3 hours. Extremely poor communication and staff was clearly not trained.
