Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDidn’t know where the truck was supposed to be parked . I had to leave it in the drive area while cars were having to inconveniently go around me . No one came outside to assist me. Not a good part of town .

Kamran cRental truck was really dirty in back of truck. I had to clean it before it could be used. Requested items of dolly and furniture blankets were missing. I had to drive to a second U-Haul location to get them.
Jeff WAbsolutely the worst check in/check out experience I've ever had with any rental company. This was the second time I have been displaced by Uhaul to a location not of my choosing. The first was not as inconvenient so I let it slide BUT THIS TIME was utterly ridiculous. I was sent halfway across town to a poor location (literally a shoddy convenience store). It was pouring rain outside and they had the truck parked behind their sketchy location, literally against a tree and surrounded by puddles. To make matters worse, there was zero cell service or wifi so I was unable to complete the walk around to show any damage beforehand so I took a video to protect myself. The girl sat check in knew nothing about how to complete the process ands spent 45 minutes on the phone being told what to do to get me a truck. At check in, the gentleman expected me to just hand him the keys and await my receipt by email. I refused to leave without him properly checking the vehicle due to the conditions of my check out and wanting to ensure I was not charged for damages.
