Would have given a better ratung, but there was a mix up on the key and so it took almost an hour before I could actually drive truck off the lot.

We brought the trailer back on the 4th day, but were not told a thing about having to have the trailer back at the exact time we rented the trailer on Friday, the day and time we picked the trailer up, because your system was down!
Janice TI reserved a one way local rental, and dropped the truck off at my originally requested location, and was charged a large drop-off fee because they entered it wrong the day of pickup.
Janice PId say my only concern was the link to upload pics expired. I was given the keys took pics and link said time has already passed. I didn't get charged for any damages from what I saw when I initially picked up so I was ok
Johnathan YNo help hooking up trailer to my truck, the worker walked away, I hooked up myself and the trailer did not have the pig tail for lights. I went to another trailer and took the pig trail so I could have lights. The wires on the trailer worked but had many splices that were poor workmenship. The splices were at the hooking up point and rear of the trailer. All worked well but I was hauling an expensive car and was did not like the condition of this trailer. I never did get any paperwork just a text and email, never signed anything.
