UHAUL put me through the wringer. What a hectic, confusing, stressful and miserable experience. I'm talking, last minute reservation rescheduled to almost an hour away, calling the location to be told the truck I reserved is not there and wouldn't be til hours after my reservation time 😅 fast forward through a whole lot more drama and we had to last minute drive from another location to this Vincentown location. When I tell you the service there was a SHINING STAR IN THE DARKNESS of the whole ordeal. I think the woman who helped me was Kelly? She was so sweet, professional and helpful, and was absolutely appalled to hear what they had pute through. UHAUL gets 1 star, but she and this location get 5

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulJust wanted to commend Vicky and Daniel. After having an issue with my initial reservation, they were spectacular at helping me arrange to move furniture out of my mother's house who passed away in February. My initial reservation was for 10am in Ewing, NJ the hours on the business were 10-1. We showed up at 10 and the business never opened. There also was no 15' truck around, which is what I reserved. So I drove down to Brennan's near Mom's home where Vicky and Daniel helped us out. We did a one way to Sunshine and Sham's up here by us in Lawrence Twp, NJ which was simple.
STEVEN F1 out of 3 spoke English. Very rude. Didn't have a clue how to dispatch our car hauler out. Took about 45 mins to just pickup trailer. They were clueless how the pickup operation worked. I had to call uhaul and thankfully they took care of dispatching it out. I had to connect my own trailer which is suppose to be their job. Very bad experience at this location. I wouldn't let them ever do business with the public.
ANDREW SVery friendly , help with all my questions, and very close to my home Easy out easy in
JOSEPH KThe rental location is in a remote area, and the attendant was by himself and unsure as to how to record the rental transaction, In addition, I was charged for 2 rental periods even though I returned the rental the same day even earlier than expected !!!!
