My experience with the staff at the Shell service station is questionable. How ever; 'Simon' The district manager has been excellent in looking after my needs on multiple occasions when the staff at the store couldn't or would not .

Irwin FThe trailer we drove 45 minutes from Viking to pick up in Sedgewick because it was listed as not available; was actually available all weekend as we drove past it several times. The subsequent route change to Edmonton was extended by about 4 hours due to delays and rerouting due to an accident. Drop off was difficult as usual and I await a call to discuss further.

Ashley RBad experience last month, this time was ok, but still don't trust viking location. Seemed to recognize me as having complained last month so seemed cold and detached. Would not say it was inviting. Won't rent from that location and will take video if I ever even drop there in the future.
