The checkout was very confusing. There were no clear instruction on how or when to do the virtual checkout. Phone calls were made, messages were left, but never returned. To top it off, the reserved dolly and padding blanket were not with the vehicle. No attention to detail at all

There is nobody there it is virtual you try to talk to them. They have no idea what’s going on and it is not U-Haul itself. It is the company that is running the storage facility.

Steven MYour vendor was not present and I did not receive nor could I get the add on items, dolly, furniture dolly or moving pads. I had to go to Home Depot to purchase these items.
KEVIN HWas called by location of closing time and to pull truck on black top and put key in drop box. Days later site calls about truck not turned in. I advised truck was turned in. Come to find out from clerk I turned truck in at an unmanned location. However putting location in my gps this is where I was directed. Had to get customer service involved 2-3 times to get receipt closed.
