It's not the first time I've rented a U-Haul trailer, it's always been fine, but this is my first time at this location. This time I had the worst trailer I've ever had. It wasn't in a condition to be rented. I took the 6'x12' cargo trailer to go from Vancouver (BC) to Quebec, a 5000 km run. (1) - They rented me a 3 tires trailer because the forth had a severe ''slow'' leak, I had to inflate the fourth tire every morning before to go; it was always at 15 psi in the morning! I'm sure they knew it because they especially told me before I left: the insurance I took doesn't cover the tires. It means if you call us to change the tire: you'll pay for that. (2) - As usual, every time I stop for gas or rest, I check the tires and the top screw on the ball coupler. The first time I stop, 4 hours later, I had to screw it down 3 turns of the screw because the small lever lock didn't do its job. I had to turn it frequently all along my trip. (3) - When they gave me the trailer, they opened it to remove some stuff (dolly...) that I didn't ask for. I noticed a dark circle on the right side of the floor close to the door. I asked if the roof was leaking. They assured me that it was not the case. When I arrive at my destination. All my items at this place were wet. So I'm very disappointed, especially for the price I paid, this trailer has been a pain in the butt the whole way.Nathalie L.

The first truck they gave me was buried beneath other trucks so they had to give me a new truck, and then the text message didn't come for me to proceed so I had to go to an agent twice. But other than that it was a great experience, agent was amazing and bringing the truck back went quick and smooth.MICHEAL S.

The place is too crowded with more trucks and busy-ness, which makes it hard to get a vehicle in and out. Returns after hours are a nightmare as there is no room to park. I wanted to get rid of the dolly and blanket pack in my truck that blocked the loading door and took up space They would not do it. Told me to talk to a manager. I went in to look for one - was told that no manager was on site. "He's in quarantine right now." Great. Truck mileage was not accurate when I checked in - nor was the gas level. I had to change those using the app. The one thing I wanted, a square furniture dolly I was told they could not rent one to me. Everything that could have been an issue - was. Just a frustrating way to rent a crappy truck with 300K miles on it. Did I mention I didn't even want to use this location to begin with? I was told the night before my move that my Uhaul truck reservation was not possible - after making the rez 10 days earlier. Nice.KERRY A.

Please, Make a 26 ft truck a diesel ! The engine is fighting the wind and the load all the time= as a result = super high costs for gasolinne I have knowledge in Semi trucks and know what I'm talking about. Also, the advertisement on the trucks for high aerodynamics truly is a joke. There is almost nothing out there that is less aerodynamic than a moving truck.Felix N.

I booked a 6x12 trailer 2 months in advance for 7am, and the day before my rental I was told it wouldn't be available until 1pm and I would be GUARANTEED A 6X12 TRAILER BY 1. This was a slight inconvenience , so I wasn't too annoyed. The next day I found out that the GUARANTEE U-Haul offers is contingent on a CUSTOMER BRINGING BACK THE TRAILER WHEN THEY WANT TO. This customer who had my 6x12 trailer for 1pm decided they wanted to keep it for an extra day. THIS HAPPENED ON MY MOVING DAY AT 11AM. I had a 16 hour long drive that I needed to be on schedule for. They then offered me a 4x8 trailer which was too small for all of my belongings and I HAD TO THROW OUT PERSONAL BELONGINGS TO FIT EVERYTHING ON THE TINY TRAILER. This was completely unacceptable. DO NOT OFFER A GUARANTEE IF YOU CANNOT BE 100% SURE THE TRAILER WILL THERE. This makes Uhaul completely untrustworthy. What did I get for having to throw out personal belongings worth hundred of dollars? A $50 reimbursement!?! This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be talking with the local news about uhauls unacceptable service and how they treat their customers like utter trash. I will never use Uhaul again.Sean W.

I believe this is a simple misunderstanding. I was changed by the dealer to a smaller trailer, but was charged for the larger size. I was also charged an additional $20 fee. I arrived at the location prior to closing, and asked the gentleman out front doing returns what to do. He suggested dropping it off in the back and returning it using the mobile site. I had technical trouble doing so and called in first thing the next morning to ensure the rental was closed out. They did so but charged me an additional $20 fee that I would like to see reversed.CHRISTOPHER C.
The parking area for clients was full, little parking. Recommend a sign to direct people to the rear of the store for pickup/drop off of trailers. Otherwise I will always recommend to people to move things using a 5X8 trailer that is easy to manouver, back up and with a low height can fit in most underground parkades.Michael H.
Since I don't have data on my phone, it would be appreciated if your wifi connection was stronger. When we returned our truck, we had to park it quite far from the front door so the wifi was spotty and doing the self return was a bit challenging.Connor Y.
