Difficult to find where the concierge/agent was, even the address, the gas station doesn't have visibly the # mentioned in the location. The associate/agent didn't even bother to go to the trailer with me, not even to verify the car that I was going to use to tow the trailer, nor to indicate how to connect it, didn't even bother.

Great experience
WILLIE RThe attendant was rude and first told us that we had to pay $51 in addition for extra mileage. Then he changed it and charged $113 saying there was also a late fee and other fees. We arrived only 40 minutes late to turn it in because we couldn't find the location and the construction on the way there. I did pay it but will never rent another uhaul. I'll rent from Enterprise next time. Enterprise never has surprise charges and is always straight forward with charges.
ROGELIO DI ordered a smaller truck online and when I got to the location to pick it up, I was told that it was not available and that the only one they had would be an extra 10 dollars. Due to the reason, I needed the truck and the timeframe I had, I just took it. Then when I got the receipt, they charged me money for Safe Mode which I declined, and they charged me for the wrong mileage. I only drove 19.4 miles, and they charged me for 50. I would like a full refund please. I will never use this location again. I would also like someone to contact me about this, preferably a manager.
Kevin SReimburse me for the additional fuel I paid for out of pocket, as the truck when received was less than 1/4 tank full. I filled it up there and informed I would be reimbursed, then returned it full. If I was supposed to return it 1/4 full that was not told to me, I was told it needed to be returned 3/4 full, yet I received it 1/4 full.
