I rented the U-Haul for less than 10 miles, less tha 1(one) hour. The lady stated I need to fill upd before I bring it back, or pay $5.00 per gallon. I filled 1 and 1/2 gallons. I have the receipt with time stamp. Still she charged me $7.65. I called, and they still charged me for the gas. If the truck gives you only 10 miles to the gallon, I filled on and 1/2 gallons. Why do I get charged for the gas. There is something wrong!!!!!!

NICOLAS MI forgot something in the truck and drove back to recover it. Even though they were closing, the proprietor was nice enough to let me get back in the truck to recover my item. Good people. Have used them at least 5 times in 5 years for day rentals.
