If a customer is using equipment one way, maybe consider not charging for 3 days when they return equipment that same day.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDon’t allow this vendor to continue with U-Haul. The manager scammed me as a flood victim and fraudulently changed the time of drop off and gas levels left in the truck.
Christopher BShowed up 10 minutes before closing time but they didn't want to deal with me. They were in a hurry to get out the door. I was trying to show them info on my contract but they didn't have time. Charged me a fuel sub charge when I wasn't supposed to be charged. Not very good customer service very unfriendly.

JOSE YRented 20' truck, local usage. Invoice with recorded mileage, differences, shows I used for only 5 miles. Filled with $12.01 fuel, before returning, and since per Uhaul website that vehicle uses 10 MPG which means I used 1/2 a gallon of fuel. My invoice billed me for Fuel Service Fee $30 + Fuel Charge of 10 gallons!! Impossible. I called the L&R company, lady that answered rudely shut me up quick claiming she didn't know anything and I would have to talk to the manager/owner. Took my number down and from that Friday morning phone call I still have not received a call back. I had to call Uhaul directly to contest, which Uhaul helped me, thank you.
