Just know I will never use this location again. I had reservations for 8am I got there at 7:50am truck was there and I was not able to check in on the mobile app. I was told they returned the truck after the location had closed. No excuse if you ask me. After being on the phone for 45min with customer service who could not reach the distributor phone I was offered to go to another location and get a bigger truck that was out of my way and like 30min away no other site had a van available. I ended up getting a call and doing a telephone check in from the distributor Tess an hour and 45 min later. I did not get into a Uhaul until 9:33am which put me 2hours behind schedule. Let alone the distributor Tess had no cares in the world that I had been waiting.

TIMOTHY SWe specifically requested an in-person pick-up for our rental, but no one was staffed at the lot when we arrived. We attempted to call the listed number multiple times the day before and on the day of pick-up to ensure the final details, but no one answered or returned our calls. We were forced to proceed with the rental process via the mobile app without any preparation or support. The hours of operation are not relevant as no one is staffed at this location. While the vehicle was clean and appeared new, the vehicles were parked in tall grass (over a foot high) on a lot that was neither maintained nor monitored.
