We had some difficulties with the timing using the truck. They were very understanding and extended the time for what we needed.

Very nasty and condescending. Overcharged by $313.53. refused my return, and added 2 hours of extra time and still haven't received my refund..... embarrassing to u haul
LILLIE BThe cab of the truck smelled like smoke, had animal fur all over the seat, trash around the cab and water in the door cup holder. It had to be wiped down with disinfectant wipes payed for by the driver before it felt safe to get in and drive. The trash was removed before it was returned and there was a call made to the company about it. It did drive well and had no trouble hauling the load.
Rae RThey rented me a 15 footer that had body damage in the bed and a windshield broken from one side to the other. The final destination area for drop off said I should not have ever been able to have gotten it with these infractions.
